These lights are also called “Energy Centers” or “Chakras”  This video shows the 7 major (and most popular) Chakras, but we have them all over our bodies, hands, wrists, feet.  They correspond with certain colors (note the colors in the video)  I love the music in this video.  Hmm, I think I’ll start doing posts on each of the 7 main Chakras.
